I'm a product design leader with 11+ years of experience, based in Nairobi. At Safaricom, I designed the statement verification flow M-PESA's 50M+ users rely on. At KOKO Networks, I led a team of designers and built the DesignOps and design QA systems used by multiple product squads serving 1.2M+ households in Kenya and Rwanda.
For the past year, I've been running my own studio, advising organizations on design maturity and building AI products that serve founders, teams, and organizations.
